Q: Why should I rekey my locks?
A: Did you just buy a new house and wonder who may have keys?  Have you handed out your keys to neighbors or baby sitters over the years?  Let us help you breath easier and make you home more secure by rekeying the locks.  We change out the pins (guts) of the lock to work a new key, making old keys obsolete.

Q: I just bought a new house, should I have my locks rekeyed?
A: Most builders on large subdivisions have all the front door locks on a master key system.  Most of the sub contractors are given copies of the master.  For security reasons it is a good idea to have the locks rekeyed.

Q: I want to make my house as secure as possible.  How can you help?
A: We can come out and look over your house and locks and give you suggestions.  This service is free.

Q: I have heard a lot about key bumping.  Should I be alarmed?
A: Key bumping has been around since the early 1900's.  There are bump resistant and bump proof locks that we sell and can install for you.  Call us for information.

Q: I want to give my family members a keyless way to enter the house.  What options are out there?
A: There are new electronic locks coming out all of the time for residential applicqations.  Call or come by our shop and we can show you different options for your house.

Q: Why should I buy locks from a locksmith and not a hardware store?
A: We can get locks in many more styles and finishes thatn hardware stores.  We also do not charge an extra fee to rekey locks if you buy them from us.
